Moths Ate My Flower Scarf/Shawl
No, it’s not really eaten by Moths!
This Scarf/Shawl began as a simple rectangle. The design was neat, balanced… and far too perfect.
I kept looking for a way to disrupt it — to give it character.
That’s when the idea struck: what if it looked like it had been eaten by moths?
So this is my interpretation of a Scarf/Shawl that’s been lovingly “attacked.” The moth-eaten sections aren’t flaws — they’re intentional design features that create a beautifully soft drape around the shoulders and give the piece its unmistakable personality.
When I first released this design, reactions were split. Some people loved it instantly. Others messaged me to express sympathy for my “ruined” Scarf/Shawl. I eventually added a disclaimer explaining that, yes — it’s meant to look like that.
And that’s the fun of it.
Some people love unique. Some people don’t get it.
Which are you?
