Checkerboard Symphony Shawl

Tapestry Crochet!

$9.50 Au

Crochet terminology: Both US and UK.

Checkerboard Symphony is a long, elegant shawl made from two panels joined together.
The pattern uses the tapestry crochet technique throughout, with the yarn carried along where needed. Linked stitches are employed to create a dense fabric with no gaps. This design is suitable for any DK weight yarn, with the sample shown using Stylecraft Batik. While the stitches involved are mostly simple, I would classify this as an intermediate-level project due to the techniques and the panel construction.

I recommend checking gauge to ensure the height of your linked stitches mirror the pattern.
