My dragonflies have been working hard on this one. It wasn’t easy but I have taught them to fly in the opposite direction.
Ah, the smell of flowers on the air! The dragonflies can’t resist the sweet scent and follow it to its source. They find themselves lost in the labyrinth maze!
Crochet terminology: US
This is a written pattern. It also comes with a colour block graph for the main body and symbol graph for the border.
This pattern is comprised of basic stitches and several special stitches. It uses my very own original stitch combination to produce a unique dragonfly that is specific to Auburncraft Crochet Design.
Many different yarns could be used for this design, but I used Lola Charms by Garn Manufaktur available from
My testers used several different colorways and yarns with incredible results.

3.5mm hook or sized needed to obtain gauge
12 x 50g Lola Charms (Mermaid) approx. 2220m/2427yd. 2170m/2373yd used.

Please note that this pattern is written for the size shown. The edging stitches work out correctly for this size. Any changes to the pattern will require your own recalculations for the edging.
