t just doesn't pay to turn your back on your crochet!

I put my scarf/wrap down for just a minute, and when I turned back, the moths had attacked it. The little blighters were everywhere! They had devoured huge chunks of it and were hanging from the edges.

Perhaps I really should have used mothballs!

This design caused much the same reaction as my Moths Ate My Flower Scarf/Shawl. People seemed to fall into two camps. There were those who absolutely loved it, and then there were those messaging me to say how sorry they were that my lovely scarf/shawl had been destroyed by moths.

I actually ended up adding a disclaimer to my marketing posts explaining that the scarf/shawl was deliberately designed to look as though it had been eaten by moths!

And here we are again. There are those who love it because it is quirky and different, and those who simply don't get it.
