Neapolitan Harmony Scarf
A little scoop of cosy with a whole lot of charm.
This scarf came to life with the idea of harmony—how different things can come together beautifully. The colours reminded me of Neapolitan ice cream (because who doesn’t love that trio?), but with a fun little twist. There’s the classic chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla vibe, plus a soft peachy hint that adds a bit of tropical pineapple flair. It’s a blend that just works.
The pattern itself is fairly simple, but of course I had to add my own quirky spin. There are colour changes across the rows—Colour 1 is carried the whole way through, and the other shades are just picked up and dropped as you go. No overly fiddly techniques, just a bit of colour play to keep things interesting.
I used Hobbii Pearly Haze for the sample (thanks to Hobbii for providing the yarn!), and it really suits the design. It’s soft with this lovely, unusual sheen that makes the colours glow. That said, any worsted weight yarn will work, so you can make it your own.
The scarf is written in one size, but I’ve included a suggestions to adjust it if you want it longer. I’d suggest checking the length before you finish the middle section, since that part uses just one colour.
And one little extra touch: the button closure is made with the yarn itself—so no need to go hunting for the perfect button (unless you’re into that kind of thing!).
Soft, sweet, and a bit unexpected—just like a really good dessert.
