Funky boho Vest!

I am kind of showing my age with the name reference here! Those of an older vintage will get the reference to the Peculiar Purple pieman from Porcupine Peak! Yah-tah-tah-tah-tah-tah-tah-tah, tah-tah-tah-tah! 

This is one size only. Size can be adjusted by going up a hook size, doing a wider border if necessary and yarn selection. Please check measurement carefully.

Finished Measurements if gauge is met:

Measurements are taken with the vest laid flat:

Chest: 15.7inches/40cm
Shoulder to hem: 39.7 inches/101cm
Across back: 11 inches/27.9cm
Armpit to armpit measured across the front of vest: 44 inches/17.3cm
Waist: 15 inches/38.1cm

This vest incorporates darts in the bottom. Granny squares around the waist and in the bottom. The bottom of the vest is made in two sections and then joined.

4mm/G6 hook

4.5mm/7 (for bottom border)

3 Ice Magic Light Lilac/Brown 360m/390yd balls = C1 (I used almost all the three balls)

2 Stylecraft Special Dk Black 295m/322yd balls = C2 (click here for supplier)

Darning Needle

Stitch Markers.

2 x Buttons. I used Ceramic (Picture below, available from Chasing Fire on etsy (click here for link to Chasing fire) 40mm x 15mm
