If you like things that are just a bit different and a tad quirky, then this scarf will appeal to you. This is a super fast project and perfect for last minute gift ideas. It is also a great project for using up odd yarn and works very well with art yarn. I know I have purchase a lovely art yarn, but it is never enough to make a huge project. i used 80 metres of the main or base colour for this.

Materials:

6mm hook (click here for Clover Armour Hook)

C1= 1x Alize Maxi Flower 100g. 80m/87yd.   Approx total used 80m/87yd if gauge is met.  A second ball may be required if your tension is loose.

C2= Aran weight yarn.  Approximately 100m/109yd.

This scarf has been designed for yarns like Alize Maxi Flower, any bouccle style yarn, art yarn, etc.

Alize Maxi Flower yarn is not a yarn that is readily available everywhere. I purchased mine via Etsy. Options are included in the pattern to make your shawl look unique without the use of the Maxi Flower yarn. Below are some suggested substitutes.
