**Winter was always warmer at Grandma’s, where there was a cosy chair, a warm hug, a crochet rug and nowhere else to be!**

This is a written crochet pattern available in both US and UK terminology. It includes symbol graphs and photographs to assist with construction and placement, making it easier to follow along as you work through the design

This scarf was designed to raid the yarn stash and use up those bits of yarn you just cannot bear to part with, but never seem to have quite enough of for another project.

DK weight yarn has been used for this design, but any DK weight yarn will work.

The scarf is made up of six large squares and ten small squares, finished with an edging and surface slip stitch detailing.

Optional tassels are included in the pattern, but if tassels aren't your thing, simply leave them off.

C7- Silver Col 1203. 100g – 295m (322yds)

C8- Black Col 1002. 100g – 295m (322yds)

Total yarn used: 466g = approximately 1,375m (1,500yds).
