Dragonfly Illusion Blanket

May 17, 2024

Dragonfly Illusion blanket is a striking optical pattern intended to catch the viewer's eye with its unique look. It combines the Auburncraft Crochet Design signature dragonflies within filet crochet, surrounded by differing blocks of stitches of a more dense nature to create a modern aesthetic that is visually impressive while still functional and very cozy.

While the pattern has repeats across some rounds, it does not have a constant repeating pattern, making this design suited to the intermediate level crocheter. The pattern comes in written format in both US and UK terminology. Pictures and a color block graph are also included. To understand color block graphs, visit my webpage how-to section. (click here)

Materials information can be found on the dedicated webpage for the pattern. (click here)
