Lavender Reverie Scarf

December 6, 2024

I have a love for things that are different, unique, and one of a kind—and sometimes my designs reflect just that. My mind is constantly playing with ideas, looking for ways to create something just a little bit outside the ordinary.

Quite some time ago, I purchased some beautiful Blackwattle 4ply yarn. It’s been patiently waiting for just the right design to come along—and finally, its moment arrived!

Lavender Reverie started out as a simple straight scarf, but that just didn’t feel unique enough to me. So, I decided to add a little twist—a step in the pattern. Now, it meanders in and out, giving it that extra touch of pizazz.

For the edging, I wanted something subtle yet special. The steps are the main feature, after all. A simple edge with large, loopy-style flowers turned out to be just what it needed to complete the look.

The Blackwattle yarn brought it all together, creating a scarf that’s lightweight, versatile, and perfect for showcasing the filet crochet style.

I hope you fall in love with Lavender Reverie just as much as I have!

The pattern is available on Ravelry, Etsy or you can purchase via my dedicated webpage. For more information about materials, visit the webpage for the pattern.
