The first day of Spring for those of us who live on the bum side of the world.
Spring is a lovely time of year, with all the gorgeous blossoms starting to appear. I love the Jacaranda trees when they flower... but I will miss Winter.
Living in a sub-tropical part of Australia means that winters here are very nice. Not too hot and not too cold, as Goldilocks would say.
Just right!
With Spring in mind, I dragged out my If It Were Spring Every Day Shawl and, as a designer, I should probably be thinking about making lighter-weight accessories or wearables.
Only issue with that is that I have an amazing scarf on the hook and a blanket that I want to create.
So many ideas. So little time.
I imagine those on the top side of the world are now starting to feel just the opposite and thinking about dragging out their warmer wear.
But if you are feeling like something a bit lighter, take a look at If It Were Spring Every Day. It's a fun make using one Hobbii yarn cake.
The pattern is available on Ravelry and Etsy.
I only sell fully tested patterns.
