Cats think they are god!

I have to admit I am more of a dog fan than cats, but in saying that, I do have a cat who is very much a part of the family.

The inclusion of Billy Thunder (the cat) to the family was not by choice. Billy moved in of his own accord. You can read about how Billy Thunder took up residence (ownership) of our home in the blog about this. (click here).

International Cat Day has just passed and my new design, honours these regal creatures.

I had the pleasure of working in Bendigo Woollen Mills Luxury 8ply to create this blanket. Luxury is a gorgeous yarn and the name does say it all. I chose the colour Ghost and think it turned out rather well.

The pattern uses front and back post stitches to create an embossed appearance.

This is an easy/intermediate level project and one for cat lovers!
